2018年中国科学院物理研究所取得凝聚态物理博士学位,研究方向:宽禁带半导体,博士毕业论文课题:《氧化物柔性透明电子学器件物理及工艺研究》。曾就职武汉华星光电半导体显示技术有限公司CSOT)面板设计部门从事柔性OLED面板设计工作,参与设计柔性屏幕和折叠屏幕显示器产品。以唯一第一作者共在Nano Letters,Nano Energy, Science China-Physics Mechanics & Astronomy, Applied Physics Letters,Advanced Electronic Materials等期刊发表学术论文12篇,以共同第一作者在Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B发表论文1篇,以共同通讯作者在Applied Surface Science等期刊上发表论文4篇。授权美国发明专利4项,授权中国发明专利7项及实用新型专利5项。
